Jacques Wells, the former Co-Captain of the EVX Team graduated from West Philadelphia High in 2010. He studied at Penn State's Berks County campus as an engineering student and completed his first year of college. He is currently working in manufacturing. Previously, he worked for 2 1/2 years as an intern with the City of Philadelphia's Office of Fleet Management.
